Located just two miles from Interstate 95, Colby's campus is easily reached by car or plane. Airline service is available to Portland (80 miles)and Bangor (60 miles) international airports. Rental cars are available at the airports Waterville is located 190 miles noth of Boston -- about a three hour drive on Interstate 95. |

Driving Information To drive to Colby, take Interstate 95 to Exit 127 Waterville/Oakland (formerly Exit 33) and turn east onto Kennedy Memorial Drive. After about 0.9 miles on KMD, turn left onto First Rangeway opposite the Inland Hospital. Continue for 1.1 miles on First Rangeway to the first stop sign, then turn left onto Mayflower Hill Drive.In half a mile you will arrive on Campus. Visitor parking is available in most campus parking lots. Colby is conveniently situated within a mile of Interstate 95 exit 127 (formerly exit 33). Route 95 is a limited-access highway with a speed limit of 65 mph. If you wish to take a more leisurely ride or stop along the way, you may also takecoastal Route 1, which closely parallels Route 95 in the south before 95 heads inland. |

Air Connections Waterville's LaFleur Airport offers landing for private planes and freight services only. Portland Jetport, a 75-minute drive south, and Bangor International Airport, about an hour north, offer commercial air service from most major airlines. with connections from many major cities. Augusta State Airport, 25 minutes south, offers landing for private planes and commuter air service on US Air Express. Car rentals are available at the Portland, Bangor, and Augusta airports. |
